His Excellency Shatta Wale To Deliver The State Of The Industry Address On June 2


Popular Ghanaian Dancehall musician, Shatta Wale has scheduled June 2, 2021 for his address after days of staying away from social media.

He announced it via series of posts he made on his social media handles.


The address dubbed “Shatta Speaks To The Nation: State of The Industry Address” will be streamed on Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. across all major social platforms the self-acclaimed ‘Dancehall King’ is on.


It is unclear what he is going to talk about, however, after spending quite some time in the states, Shatta Wale might have learnt new trade secrets he would like to share.


GHBase speculates that Shatta Wale may be pointing out some errors in the industry. “This is because Shatta Wale’s advocacy since registering his name in our industry has been geared towards how our artistes will know much about the business aspect of their profession,” writer Adu Sarpeah said.


With Shatta Wale’s next studio album, ‘GOG‘ still in the pipeline, it is highly predictable that he would announce some information about it such as the release date.


Shatta Wale has been in the United States of America for the past couple of weeks shooting music videos for the songs on his upcoming album.


While abroad, he took the chance to collaborate with some musicians as well as have fun with colleague, Jupita.
