The European Union delegation in Ghana under the Ghana Employment and Social Protection has held a concert against child labour. The concert which was held at the Alisa Hotels in Accra saw various performances from participants of the Song against child labour contest. Addressing the audience and the media at the concert, the head of the European Union Delegation in Ghana, Ambassador Diana Acconcia, said the EU has been part and actively supported activities against child labour for years. “In promoting our fundamental values, we have been supporting the fight against child labour for years in Ghana.   A young man has been caught by residents of Brunei Hostel for allegedly recording unsuspecting ladies in their bathrooms with his smartphone. The young man is said to have been in the act for a while now as different videos were seen on his smartphone when he was caught. According to a resident of the ‘Baby Brunei’ hostel, the young man is part of a gang who takes the nude videos and sends them to a website in exchange for money. Narrating their modus operandi, the unnamed resident said in a voice recording that the hostel has a shared bathroom outside their room which gives the young man and his cohorts complete access. She continued that the suspect and his gang set up the phone in the bathroom before the ladies come in to take their bath but luck eluded him when one lady who was facing the opposite direction turned and saw him with his phone out recording a video. Three South African women believed to be escorts or slay queens were left stranded in a hotel when it was time for them to pay for the room and their host was nowhere to be found. It is reported that the women in the company of their host booked a room at the unnamed hotel for the night, however, he was nowhere to be found the next morning. The hotel manager called the security on the slay queens and had them detained when she realised the demand for payment was not yielding any result.
